Jenny Hole is the owner and firearms instructor for On Target Northwoods Defense. Jenny grew up the daughter of a veteran and police officer having grown up around firearms. Her passion for firearms began at a young age joining her high school NJROTC Rifle Team earning marksmanship as a young teenager. This passion has developed into a desire to teach firearms safety and help others become more confident in concealed carry.

Jenny is a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor with over 15 years of law enforcement, serving as a jail deputy/transport officer and now as a probation and parole agent. She founded On Target Northwoods Defense specializing in firearms safety education, personal and home defense and concealed carry. As a female instructor, she has a desire to help other women become comfortable and proficient with a firearm, but she does not only teach women. As an instructor, Jenny wants to take the opportunity to share her knowledge with men and women and anyone that is looking to take a vested interest and ownership in their own personal safety and the safety of their family and loved ones.

Jenny looks forward to working with experienced firearms owners looking to obtain their concealed carry permit and those with no firearms experience. Never handled/fired a gun? You are welcome in her class and her goal by the end of one of her classes is to help you to feel comfortable and more confident in your abilities. The goal is to work together to empower you to take responsibility for you and your family’s safety.
